Hello,
I live in Port credit and for the last little while we've been experiencing the effects of development in what was once natural land.
We've seen that development serve mainly as a source gentrification. Facilitating speculative investments property by destroying our natural environment is a fools errand. It serves no one but the already wealthy and puts the fragile ecosystem of Southern Ontario.
Please do not pass this Bill if you value the people of this province and the ecosystem that we rely on.
