It is unconscionable for any government to strip protections in the name of development and political self-interest. These decisions recklessly endanger irreplaceable ecosystems. Prioritizing short-term economic gain over the health of the natural world is a betrayal of public trust and will be devastating for future generations. Bill 5 is exploitive and I strongly oppose it. Full stop.
