I am a citizen of Canada, I was born in the province of Ontario and, have lived here my entire life. I vehemently OPPOSE Bill 5!!
I want stronger environmental protections for endangered species in my province!! I OPPOSE short cuts for industry with no public oversight, and also OPPOSE the government overriding the law in special economic zones!! This is all so wrong on so many levels and for what purpose and at what cost?! These lands and the species on them serve a very important purpose on the health of the area and literally the planet itself. If our governments continue on this path of destruction for profit we shall pay the price eventually with these unchecked policies. Once this land is gone there is no going back therefore these decisions should not be made lightly or without due process.
