Doug ford has already damaged the ecology of the green belt. It is paramount that conservation is prioritized. Laws are put in place to utilize the knowledge of environmental experts to protect the land— rich business men lack morality and do not care if they cause harm so long as they profit from it. It is possible to alter business plans, but it is not possible to resurrect endangered species.
At 25 years old, born and raised in Ontario, I vehemently oppose any bill that removes essential environmental protections. These old and greedy men will be in diapers while the younger generation, live with the repercussions of their foolish choices.
