This is a disgrace, obviously Doug ford and his government do not care about ecosystem stability and resilience. If you do not protect species it can often affect the food web and cause other populations suffer. We need the ecosystem to stay healthy so it can keep providing us with vital services.
Even if they were to build affordable housing in these areas I feel they should still follow the protection laws for species at risk
