I oppose this bill because it weakens protections for at risk wildlife and their habitats.
Enforcement officers should have more power to stop projects that effect habitats.
All projects that wish to encroach on these habitats should be highly scrutinized by environmental experts and subject to public review before being allowed to proceed.
