2 - The legal fees and inevitable Supreme Court challenge

3 - What conservation experts have told you

4 - You deference to industry (who answer to shareholders) over the experts who serve the public good. Are you getting a cut, or just not very smart?

5 - Why this is less policy offensive to your sensibilities than letting a community decide whether or not they want a bike lane.
