I oppose Bill 5. I want stronger environmental protection, especially considering the climate crisis. I want the Ontario government to be held accountable to the law and not be able to override it for personal financial gain. The bill will actively decimate valuable and endangered ecosystems that both plant and animal life depend upon. I cannot in good conscience allow a government that is meant to represent me consider this bill as beneficial to the people of Ontario. It is not.
