How can this allow projects to proceed with zero review or approval? They can just fill out registration and begin? So any endangered species is destroyed before any ministry review or approval? There should be set standard waiting times to conduct reviews and ministry should be able to cursory check within the alotted time. Instead of giving a blank cheque to start with zero oversight. Sounds like trying to go from one extreme to the other. Need to be somewhere in the.middle.
