This bill is just a way for developers to cut corners and push through projects that are not popular but would be very profitable for the developers. The current way of approving projects might take longer but it gives all stakeholders a chance to voice their concerns and help ensure that the projects have the best interest of all concerned including wildlife conservation and habitat conservation. Taking time to ensure things are done right isn’t a bad thing, destroying nature for a new subdivision is permanent.
