I am writing to state my absolute disagreement with this proposal. I am a voting citizen and will go out of my way to not only never support any council that supports it, but instead put my support toward their political rivals. I have a graduate degree in environmental science and care deeply about the environment and species we share Ontario with. What this proposes is a disgusting disregard for environmental safety in the name of corporate profits. Shame on anyone who supports it
