I strongly oppose this proposal. Infrastructural advances must be made with ecological impact in mind. It has been proven throughout history that natural disasters adversely affect infrastructure where ecology was ignored during development. It would be detrimental to the ecosystem, the planet and the humans that inhabit it and Ontario to pass this proposal.
