I oppose Bill 5. There should be environmental review on all building projects before any part of the building process commences, especially into spaces that have not been previously built upon. There is also no specification as to how the province will ensure the regulations are being followed if they are allowed to proceed without permits. The province needs to work collaboratively to ensure housing and other infrastructure is built upon safe land and wont impact generations to come.
