I strongly oppose Bill 5. I support strong protections for the environment, including endangered species, wetlands, lakes, and rivers, agricultural land. I do and will continue to oppose any bill which allows developers or industry to cut corners without environmental oversight or consultation with the public and the indigenous nations whose land is occupied by Ontario and Ontarians. I am deeply, thoroughly, completely disgusted in this government for putting forward such a terrible bill, and I am doing what I can to mobilize my community against this bill. Shame on the authors, shame on the Premier, shame on this government.
