I oppose the changes outlined in bill 5. There is no need for shortcuts, these processes are essential and on place to protect wildlife and the environment. Simply having registered does not ensure that all regulations are being followed, and being able to commence while only being registered cannot reverse any damage done of violations are found after the fact.

We can build houses and develop land without compromising protected areas and endangered species. I want stronger environmental protections and the protection of endangered species. I oppose shortcuts for industry. I oppose overriding the law in special economic zones.
