Upon hearing about this I found myself speechless! Why are we going backwards?
Birds, wildlife and the environment are an important part of my life and should be for everyone.
Habitat for migratory birds should be protected and I don’t see any plan for this in the proposed legislation and the new Species Conservation Program.
Existing habitat definition and protections of the Endangered Species Act should be retained.
