Hi there, I do not agree with the proposed changes put forth by Bill 5. The current applicable permits are in place for good reason - to prevent companies wantonly developing land they haven't properly surveyed for the ecological and environmental impacts of their builds. These 'special economic zones' would simply hand companies a 'green card' that I believe they would fully abuse. Our nature and lands would suffer for it. Please reconsider these changes and find another way to help developers increase housing.
