Molly’s Creek is an important creek with endangered species. With the proposed Dresden dump this new act could cause harm to these endangered species if the owners of the dump only need to agree to protect that area. Dump waste will still leak into the creek causing death to these creatures. There should be checks and plans in place to care for creates that will be affected from changes to their environment such a waste.
