I think it's appalling how the conservative government is trying to weaken and destroy environmental protections in the name of the economy through ways which probably won't even help the economy in the first place. We absolutely can not trust the discretion of politicians who know nothing about ecology, environmental science, and species conservation in these matters because they can (and will) leverage their own interests for personal gain over any issues regarding these fields in the province. Stop Bill 5 and listen to your constituents and all the experts when they tell you it's a terrible plan for Ontario.
