I oppose Bill 5. Ontario's environment must not be sacrificed at the expense of economic growth. Ontario's current "Endangered Species Act" is the gold standard for Species protection in Canada.
The Ontario government is using the trade war as cover for its war on species.
Ontario needs habitat and species protection! I urge the Ontario government not to scrap the "Ontario Endangered Species Act." We must speak for those without a voice!
Protecting nature and species is not red tape! Bill 5 is a straight-up assault on Ontario's land, wildlife, Indigenous rights and our rights, and for that reason, I oppose Bill 5!
