Dear Premier Ford,
I urge you not to pass Bill 5. In Ontario alone, more than 230 plants and animals are at risk. The well being of ontarians rely on these same habitats and ecosystems, and the regulations that ensure the proper oversight for development projects is what protects them.
I firmly believe the way forward for Ontario should not include accelerating the destruction of the very land we live on.
