Please don't dilute the Endangered Species Act. Biodiversity is so important in Ontario and a significant part of what makes Ontario as great as it is. Wildlife need protection throughout their lifecycles and in the entire ecosystems they inhabit, not just a few small spaces. We have a duty to protect the small bits of wilderness still existing in Ontario. Our province is home to many animals, not just humans, and we must respect their spaces as well. There are so many ways to build in already developed land in Ontario. We need to have more condensed neighbourhoods, more multi-family dwellings, in outdoor to preserve the important green spaces that are so important for our food, ecosystem services and enrichment.
