I strongly oppose Bill 5. As our government, and with the ever rising threats to our ecosystem in a society built on one-use plastics and gasoline powered vehicles, there is an expectation that you will do more to protect wildlife, endangered and otherwise, not less.
Furthermore, designating areas that the provincial government can do with as they please with no public oversight or permission is a disgusting misuse of power. Especially considering the ecological impacts of destroying certain habitats and landscapes.
Do not go forward with Bill 5.
