This is irresponsible and the title of the amendment is so misleading. Presumably this is on purpose as Doug ford is trying to fool people into thinking that this will actually be good for the province. But in reality, this proposal is an attempt to remove the endangered species act, remove protections that already exist and force people to jump through hoops to reinstate what these shameless people are trying to take away, remove indigenous consultation and remove the requirement for proper environmental impact assessments.

And the point of all of this is to remove the need for environmental controls and environmental assessments for drilling projects, for the benefit of the shady business owners who have the ford government in their pockets, but to the detriment of the rest of Ontario and our environment. Shame on you
