Hello, the processes are in place for a reason to protect land from people like you, Ford. Our major floods over the years impact places such as the DVP in Toronto most because our infrastructure was built on areas that were supposed to be protected (literal floodplains). By removing green spaces there's nowhere to absorb the water which will result in more flooding and damage to homes and businesses and ultimately higher insurance costs and rejection rates. This is not an Ontario "for the people". Stop trying to ruin the environment for your benefit.
