This is an abominable proposal, with changes in legislation blatantly prioritizing development over conservation; going so far as to permit “harassment” of protected species, re-defining the word “habitat” arbitrarily to suit a business worldview rather than a scientific one, and allowing for the de-classification of species from even the meagre protections remaining: Please have the foresight to see why passing these changes would not be the action of an intelligent body.
