After reading this proposed act, I conclude that it loosens much protection for our endangered species and allows more for the opportunity to harm the environment which they depend on.
Having the ability to just register online for an activity and then go ahead and get started on it with little to no oversight, is unacceptable.
I say NO to the Species Conservation Act, 2025.
