I oppose to the change to the Endangered Species Act 2007 and the new proposal for the Species Conservation Act, 2025 and hope that the decision to do so will be overturned. I think it's important to conserve wildlife and strengthen laws protecting wildlife and the environment, not weaken them to allow easier access for development. By not taking into consideration feeding grounds, migration routes, seasonal resting areas this is an assult on the ecosystem and wildlife. We see evidence of trying to "coexist with wildlife" that isn't going well, ie. the Coyotes problems in Toronto and other communities. Please vote to protect wildlife.
