The entire Bill 5 is deplorable. How is it that this government sees fit to no longer protect our environment, our farmland, our waterways or our species at risk? Housing, mining, and landfills should not trump the protection of the above. Once you kill all the species, fill our farmland with garbage and toxins, and pollute our water there is no going back to rectify what you have destroyed! We have laws and protections for a reason! This government should not be allowed to rewrite laws due to it being an inconvenience or taking too long in their mind. It takes time to be thorough and responsible.
