Wouldn't funding more social housing i.e. shitty condos help more people faster than this? Look man I know something has to give to make sure that we start getting shovels in the ground more. But it makes more sense try the streamline the manufacturing process by investing in modular housing so developers can hit the 20% profitability ratio for financing instead rather than building more suburbs that, quite frankly, alot of people who are poor can't afford. Anyways, hope you give it some thought.
