Removing protections from at-risk species endangers not only these creatures but us as well. As each plant or animal goes extinct, we lose critical biological infrastructure which protects the health of ourselves and our climate. Ontario is treaty territory, and we must abide by the rules of that treaty. Do not disregard Indigenous rights.
