I strongly oppose bill 5. The projects proposed by the Ford government should be subject to the same rigorous environmental protections as all others, without shortcuts that put the health of our environment and endangered species at risk.

This type of policy is so short sighted! We have enough sense to understand that our ability to thrive and have a strong economy long-term is inextricably linked to having healthy ecosystems in Canada. It’s all related. Climate change, environmental protections, agriculture, etc are imperative to our long term survival. We must respect the earth and learn to live in concert with the world around us, not cut it all down to make a buck. Please stop this nightmare!
