This bill is a greedy and poorly disguised attack on the rights of endangered species. Have we not, as humans, had our sprawl? Our fifteen minutes in the sunlight? How can anyone who calls themself a decent person propose such a thing, to cement over an animal's home to afford one more parking lot? You all disgust me.
