I am writing to register my strenuous objection to Bill 5.
This extremely flawed piece of legislation exposes Ontario's endangered species to grave danger -- and ultimate extinction -- by allowing businesses and developers to pursue new economic opportunities with no science-based third-party oversight, and essentially with impunity.

Destruction of natural spaces affects not only the species whose habitats are there; there will be grave far-reaching consequences to the larger environment, which includes ALL of us living in Ontario.

Diligent environmental protection, not unchecked economic development, needs to be the top priority here.

Scrap Bill 5!
