The environment and its inhabitants who cannot speak for themselves is the most crucial issue we face today, yet it’s been silenced yet again by political ill will and big corporate greed. There is no other planet. It’s equivalent to distorting your family and home for your bank account and dying alone on the street gasping for air. There is no more time for cowardice and delays and foolish short sighted agendas. We need to act to protect, preserve precious ecosystems, forests, wetlands the diverse animal and pollinator population while we still have this urgent shrinking window to act. We also need to eliminate harmful pesticides that poison everything, water, soil and cause and contribute to the rising neurodegenerative diseases along with the rapid increase of aggressive cancers.
There is no time to delay. ACT to protect and preserve and give a damn for the air we breathe, the interconnectedness of all life on the planet. It’s so elementary it’s ludicrous we are still needing to point this out . Billionaires need air and water to survive as well but evidently fail to recognize this. Money doesn’t buy life or revive it. Governments are supposed to protect the people. Do the right and only thing that matters at this perilous time in history.
