Please act on behalf of the original intent of this critically important act. The Endangered Species Act (ESA), which has been a gold standard in managing species at risk legislation, is now under review and the considerations are based on weakening the act and allowing private business to override or accelerate negative impacts on the environment. This act is having a tremendously positive impact on our environment and it should be celebrated and expanded, not weakened. Please make every effort to maintain the intent and actionability of the ESA. Thank you.
