As a concerned citizen who pays attention to climate change, what do you want me to do when I see you removing more of our environmental protections? I feel hopeless and crushed. The world you are leaving for me, my family, and all of our descendants is a worse place, a place with more loss and death and destruction than there needs to be. Build somewhere else. The rich will survive the process of applying for a permit and accommodating our wildlife. But Ontarians won't survive without a healthy and diverse ecosystem.
