I strongly oppose Bill 5. Ontario should prioritize ecological stewardship to protect our environment and species for our country now and future generations. Bill 5 is bad for our environment and bad for our people, especially indigenous people. It is an undemocratic power grab that diminishes labour and environmental rights under the guise of warding off uncertainty produced by Trump's tariffs, using tactics similar to those used by the current US administration. It will only create more problems for Ontario's residents.
