This bill should be thrown out. Doug Ford and his government may tell everyone that Canada is not for sale, but clearly Ontario is at the expense of our wildlife and environment. I do not trust politicians to consult scientists when they want to use taxpayers money on additional highways over bus/train improvement/support, or developments that not all people benefit from. The government is looking to create shortcuts for projects that benefit only friends of politicians, not wanting to let the environment or any Indigenous rights get in the way. It’s disgusting and further pushing the idea that making politicians and developers richer is more important than our province and country’s environment and its people. Shameful. This bill should not be passed.
