I am a low income senior with a disability living in not-for-profit co-op housing. Many of our residents are also seniors and low income, or disabled. Our buildings are 75 years old and it is all we can do to maintain our property and pay our taxes.

We don't have the kind of money required to cover the required for testing and remediation required
We did not cause this problem, but want to do what is necessary to clean it up and protect our health, but will need help with the costs.
