That this category 3 permit…

That this category 3 permit is in consideration is an absolute disgrace. In no world should this permit be granted. If you haven't noticed, category 3 entails:

"Category 3: water takings are anticipated to have the highest potential of causing unacceptable environmental impact or interference"

This category literally says this type of permit is likely to cause unacceptable effects or interference. How, then, if what is proposed here is, by definition, unacceptable, is it being put forward and considered as acceptable??

Do NOT grant this permit!! Shame!
