I feel this water taking…

I feel this water taking would highly impact the saugeen river drastically and ruin it as a fishery and canoe/kayaking destination. I’ve used this water way for 30 years. And the water levels the last 5-10 years have dropped drastically already. Some due to climate change and some due to the rapid drainage from farmers fields. Taking anymore water from it will ruin this river. I am against any such proposal.
