I do not believe that a company should be able to apply for a permit to take water from the Saugeen and Styx rivers at a Category 3 level without putting all their information online for everyone to see. Where is the transparency? A category 3 has the highest potential to cause unacceptable environmental impacts and yet people are supposed to comment without all the information required. A category 3 permit that will last 10 years should not be granted.
