We have put up with this eyesore directly across from our property at 2029 Campbell Ave for more than 3 years, without a hint of progress toward a resolution.. We'd like to downsize, but have delayed listing our house as we feel any prospective buyer would want clarity regarding this issue. Realtors have told us that the uncertainty about this issue has a definite depressive factor on the value of our property.
Please resolve this ASAP.
