I appreciate the clarity in how this application is laid out—going from 50,000 to 250,000 tonnes a year is a big jump and certainly calls for careful environmental scrutiny. In projects I’ve been involved with, a detailed material takeoff process helps planners visualize how much impact a change like this can have.
