I represent Argo TFP Brampton III Limited, Argo TFP Brampton IV Limited and Argo TFP Brampton V Limited, located within the Heritage Heights Secondary Plan in Brampton, Ontario. For further location clarification, the PINS for the properties are: 14092-0860, 14092-0861, 14092-0862, 14091-0237 and 14092-0870.
We have reviewed the October 2025 Proposed Narrowed Area of Interest (NAI) that was provided by the Northwest Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Transmission Corridor Identification Study Team as part of their consultation process and are supportive of it and encouraged by it. We would ask that proposed NAI in the area described above be approved and implemented expeditiously. Ontario suffers from a housing supply and affordability crisis, which the development of major greenfield areas such as Heritage Heights can assist in alleviating. Approving the proposed NIA is critical in facilitating expeditious development.
