This is a very concerning…

This is a very concerning application. To draw water at a category 3 level in an area that has so much agriculture land as well as wildlife and not to mention citizens. Please do not allow for further water usage at such a dangerous level. What current studies have been done at all times of year including in the event of drought? What restrictions are there at vulnerable times? What contingencies are in place if local farms do not have water for crops or animals?
