It is so depressing to see…

It is so depressing to see this blatant attempt at making our roads more unsafe and more congested. I'd love to bike more and drive less to do the local shopping trips. My municipality and region are doing a good job of making roads safer for all users by installing traffic calming and last mile transportation measures. Let's not go back to the 50's where pedestrian and cycling deaths were just written off as a cost of driving cars. When I feel safer on my bike I ride more and support my local retail shops more and am one less car on the road helping reduce congestion. I know there are many others who feel the same way.
