I'm glad to see the province taking a responsible approach for all taxpayers and not just a vocal minority. As a cyclist myself, I believe the city has gone too far for the cycling advocates that never want a balanced approach. We are not a cycling city as a whole when compared with the rest of the world. And it's not safe to ride for at least 4 months of the year.
