This is the most stupid bill I have ever seen. It s really important from a community perspective and architectural landscape perspective to see the city as a whole and not from one perspective. Having bike lanes promote diversity in the commuting, promote sport, promote leisure and activities, promote local economy because people move faster. People can choose. Why don't you look at the European statistic ? They have less traffic than Toronto because you can choose your commuting. Besides there is less pollution and now the air is breathable in Europe.

And this is totalitarism, remove the rights from the citizens to fasten any construction.
